The Blessing Cotton Spandex

Width: 61 inch. This fabric is called The Blessing, because our shop was given an opportunity to purchase some end of year fabric at a discounted cost of the normal cotton spandex. This is priced at $16 each yard to pass that blessing onto our customers. It's a 75% vertical and horizontal stretch. The fabric is very similar to our cotton spandex base.
